Well, it was hot, and the vehicle would not turn over. Made the tow call. Cost was given, and they arrived within 10 minutes of the call. The tow truck driver was very professional and courteous. I was actually shocked by how quickly the tow truck arrived. Great service

Overall, the service was top-notch. The only issue is the bait-and-switch experience. The Google ad stated $125 plus $3 mileage fee. The receipt says the first 5 miles are free. After a tow no more than a mile away from pickup, I was charged for 12 miles to get to me and 14 miles to my house. Total of $181.65.
